RETURNS & REFUNDS

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

You may raise a return request within 15 days of delivery, you may follow the below steps.

  1. Click the link https://flabae.com/apps/return_prime
  2. Fill in your order number and email/phone number to search your order.
  3. Select the Return buttons based on your requirement.
  4. Please select the reason for return from the drop-down options provided.
  5. Upload the product images and click on Next.
  6. Store Credit is default selection and proceed, the return is raised to us.
  7. Once the return request is accepted you will be notified and we will arrange the reverse pick-up within 2 business days.
  8. Once the product is returned to its origin the exchange product will be shipped.

PRODUCT CANCELLATION

  • We take requests on cancellations and entertain them before the product is dispatched, once it's invoiced we cannot cancel the order. If you wish to cancel, we urge you to reach out to us as soon as possible at flabaeindia@gmail.com. We shall intimate you within 24hrs of receiving the email.
  • Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Pre-paid transactions refund will be done within 10 business days from the time of cancellations.
  • Cancellation won't be accepted once the product has been shipped.

IMPORTENT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE SENDING BACK THE PRODUCT

 

  • All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
  • All items should be free of make – up or tan marks
  • Altered/Customized items will not be eligible for refund.
  • We do not entertain return/refund request received after 7 days.
  • We do not return/refund international orders request received after 14 days.
  • We charge a minimum fee of INR 200 for any alteration or customization request.
  •  Once we receive the product, our quality team ensures that the product is in salable condition and will approve the refund process.
